Equity Research Metals and Mining

Responsibilities:

The new Analyst in Metals and Mining will be responsible for performing market analysis and financial modeling of the metals and mining sector companies under coverage. Due diligence will include but is not limited to: financial modeling for revenues, expenses, and free cash flows as well as analyzing business trends and the competitive regulatory environments. The analyst will also build models for debt, equity, and liquidity analysis and calculate DCF values, NPV, and ROI. In this flat management structure, the analyst will support the team and help manage database information, etc., in addition to participating in client presentations and briefings in support of building the client base.

Qualifications:
The metals and mining sector analyst must have on-target sector experience from either the buy or sell side. The ideal candidate will have an MBA and/or CFA plus 3-5 years of equity research experience.
Compensation: Base to $150K plus bonus
