- Use Dryden Cross proprietary database and network of relationships to uncover best-in-class candidates
- Screen candidates against characteristics developed via assessments
- Conduct initial candidate conversations to confirm skillset, and determine interest and availability
Present & Interview
- Present and review shortlist of candidates highlighted through screening process
- Conduct in-person interviews of shortlist candidates approved by client; present detailed written candidate assessments of candidate skillsets, style, outstanding characteristics
- Arrange candidate-client meetings
Negotiate
- Participate in offer negotiation between matched client and candidate
- Strong attention to candidate relationships results in insights into preferences of title, compensation, travel, etc.
